Are the watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch listed here is physically held, inspected and authenticated by BQ Watches' in-house specialists before it's offered for sale. Nothing is listed sight-unseen.
Is there a warranty?
Every watch comes with a 24-month warranty provided through BQ Watches, plus fully insured, tracked delivery.
How do I buy a watch I've seen here?
Hit "Enquire" on the watch and Jamie will personally confirm availability and final pricing, answer any questions, and arrange secure payment and insured delivery through BQ Watches. Finance options are available on request.
Can I see a watch before buying?
In many cases, yes. Viewings can be arranged at BQ Watches' premises. Ask when you enquire and we'll set it up.
Do you take part-exchange?
Absolutely. Send details of your current watch along with the piece you're interested in, and you'll get trade-in numbers quickly.
How are conditions graded?
Every watch is assessed by BQ Watches' in-house watchmakers. "New/Unworn" means exactly that, often still stickered. "Excellent" shows minimal signs of wear after inspection and any light refinishing. "Very Good" shows light wear consistent with careful use. The photographs on every listing are of the actual watch, so you can judge for yourself.
What does "Price on application" mean?
Some high-value or fast-moving pieces are priced on enquiry so we can quote you the sharpest live figure. It takes one email to find out.
