Privacy policy
Short version: this site is built to know as little about you as possible.
What we collect
Nothing, directly. The Watch Quarter sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no user accounts or forms. When you enquire, you do so by email from your own mail app, and your message goes straight to jamie@bqwatches.com.
What your browser stores
The site keeps a small amount of data on your own device only: a short-lived cache of the stock list so pages load quickly, and a list of watches you recently viewed so we can show them back to you. Neither ever leaves your browser, and clearing your browser data removes both.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and watch photography from BQ Watches' image server (cdn.bqwatches.com). Your browser requests those files directly, which shares your IP address with those services as with any website resource. There are no advertising or tracking scripts.
When you enquire or buy
Enquiries and purchases are handled personally by Jamie and fulfilled by BQ Watches, whose own privacy policy applies to payment, delivery and warranty records. See bqwatches.com for details.
